As per company policies once technician fixes the problem with the devices the call is routed to the quality analyst to verify that the issue fixed completely and then with your authorization you are tranferred to billing department.

However, in case if you are calling us for same issue withing 7 days twice you are entitled to receive full refund of total amount you have paid.No money will be returned if you dont callback within 7 days after you get the services.
